"On Saturday evening, April 18, 2009, I was riding with a friend when her tire blew out. We were on Scottsdale Road near Rose Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. Robert came running over to the car asking if he could help. I believe that Robert had just finished his shift working as a valet outside Blanco restaurant. A few minutes later, Mitch came over to help also. Robert said that he loved fixing cars and that this was fun for him. These two professional, wonderful young men very quickly changed the tire. We just stood to the side and they did everything very quickly and with a smile. When they finished, they refused the money that we tried to pay them – they would not even take a tip! I asked them for their first names: Robert and Mitch. Wow! Your company should be extremely proud of these employees. They represented your company amazingly well. I was so impressed. They could not have been nicer.
I hope that you can pass the kudos for these employees onto someone connected with them. Someone did a great job of hiring these men. I plan to let Blanco restaurant know that I plan to visit and eat at their restaurant because of the Universal Valet employees.
