Universal Parking’s ValeTrac™ knows the exact location of the vehicle from the time the customer pulls up to the service area to when they drive off the lot. The Service Diplomat takes down the preliminary information regarding the reason for their visit, notifies the Service Department and/or the Account Manager that their customer has arrived, and directs the customer to the waiting area by opening the exterior door. The incoming vehicle is then logged into our proprietary vehicle management system, ValeTrac™ and before it is moved, our Service Diplomats will install seat protectors and paper floor mats (if provided by the dealership). Your customer’s vehicle is now on its way through the service process. This is a huge time-saver when the customer wants an update on when his car will be ready to go and for logistical planning for the service technicians. In addition, our system together with our “Drive Captain” constantly monitors the vehicle’s process and secures the customer’s keys once the vehicle is completed and waiting for pick-up.
